Our crew works to a handover checklist, not a quick once-over, so the certifier, the agent and the new occupant all see a finished space. Scope is tailored to your build and handover date. This is the standard we work to on every Melbourne builders clean.
Construction dust removal
Every horizontal and vertical surface wiped and vacuumed. We chase the fine silica and plaster dust out of skirtings, vents, tracks and high shelves.
Window and frame detail
Glazing, frames, sills, tracks and reveals cleaned inside and out. Stickers and protective film residue removed, glass polished.
Wet areas and sanitaryware
Basins, toilets, showers, taps and vanity units descaled and disinfected. Mirrors and chrome polished to a streak-free finish.
Floors and protection
Hard floors swept, scrubbed and mopped. Carpet vacuumed and, where needed, spot treated. Existing protection re-laid so the site stays clean.
Kitchens and joinery
Cabinetry wiped inside and out, handles and hinges detailed, benchtops cleaned, sinks and appliances degreased.
Final walk-through
We walk the site with you against the handover checklist before we leave. Anything missed is fixed on the spot, no comeback needed.

Site visit and scope
We inspect the build, the finishes and the handover date, then confirm exactly what needs cleaning and what can wait. You get a fixed-price scope, no surprises.
Rough or spark clean
Timing your handover is everything. We can run a rough clean early to lift trade dust, then a final spark clean in the days before keys change hands.
Detail and defect pass
The second pass is where handover cleans are won or lost. Frames, tracks, reveals, high-level dusting and wet areas get a full detail so the certifier sees a finished site.
Sign-off and handover
We walk the site with you, sign off against the checklist, and hand over a clean, ready-to-occupy space. Any callback is free within 48 hours.
